Welcome to my Pokemon TCG collection site! Here you'll find updates and information about the status of my collection. You can also see what cards I need and what cards I have up for trade.
About Me
Obviously, my name is Steve. The "PK" aren't actually initials. That comes from my first Pokemon game (Blue) when I was creating my character. I wrote my name, and I saw a little "PK" symbol and thought (in my 10-year-old mind), "Hey! That'd look cool in my name!" Being entirely uncreative, I've gone by that name and variations of that name on the Internet ever since. I was really big into the TCG when it first came out, and I collected cards from the first three sets before I fell out of Pokemon. Recently, in February 2010, I found my old box of cards (without most of the Rares, unfortunately), and, on a trip to New York for spring break in March 2010, I bought my first pack of cards in about 10 years, from the Heartgold Soulsilver set. That's when the addiction came rushing back. I've been a hardcore collector ever since and have started posting videos in late May 2010. I'm a college student majoring in Mathematics and Computer Science, mostly focusing on Statistics in the Math degree. Go ahead. Act surprised that a nerd collects Pokemon cards! That's enough about myself, I suppose.
Trading Rules
- If you initiate the trade and we agree upon it, you will be expected to send your cards first to confirm that you are not a scammer. Special exceptions WILL NOT be made.
- Cards must be in mint or near mint condition. By this, I mean that cards must not have any marks or blemishes on them. The only reason I say "near mint" is because some define "mint" as "just removed from package". Personally, I call cards that have no marks or blemishes "mint".
- The trade is to occur in a timely manner. Otherwise, you will be considered an untrustworthy trader.
- I will not send you an FCBM just because you ask for it.
- I'll add more as I think of them, but I don't think there will be anything else.
